Delicious pizza and learned a lot!
"Super fun! It was amazing to watch a professional do it as an example. He made it look so easy. We made dough, got to shape some that had been resting already, and then added toppings based on the style we chose. Then got to enjoy it with a glass of wine. Our guide AnnaRita was energetic and gave us some great background about pizza in Naples!"

This hands-on pizza-making workshop in Naples is one of the most fun and delicious ways to experience local culture, and it fits easily into your day with both morning and evening sessions (each about 2 hours long).
You’ll be welcomed into a cosy local restaurant near Piazza Plebiscito, where a real pizzaiolo (pizza chef) will guide you through the whole process — from choosing the right flour and prepping the dough to using the best tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. It's the real deal, taught by people who’ve been making pizza the traditional way for years.
Once your pizza is hot and bubbly from the oven, you’ll sit down to enjoy it alongside bruschetta, a drink and water, and finish with a sorbet or a proper Italian coffee.
It’s a relaxed, family-friendly experience (kids 4+ are welcome!) and a great way to learn something new, have fun, and enjoy an incredible meal you made yourself.

"Fun and informative. Maglena was entertaining and personable. Food was delicious and Salvatore the pizzaiolo took time to explain more technical aspects of cooking our pizza."

A skilled pizzaiolo (pizza chef) will guide you through every step, sharing all the secrets to perfect pizza-making. The group is small and friendly — no more than 10 people — so you’ll get lots of personal attention. You’ll mix and shape your dough, add your favourite toppings, and pop your pizza into a real wood-fired oven.
While your pizza is baking to perfection, you’ll also get to watch the chef prepare a special fried pizza stuffed with ricotta and salami — trust me, it's as amazing as it sounds!
When the pizzas are ready, everyone sits down together to enjoy their creations, sipping on red wine or Italian beer. The class ends with a cheerful toast of limoncello to top off the experience.

Wonderful Pizza making experience
"Our pizza-making class with Francesca and Maurizio was absolutely unforgettable! Francesca was a wonderful host — welcoming, organized, and full of local insights — while Maurizio, our pizzaiolo, was a true master of his craft. He guided us step-by-step through the process of making authentic Neapolitan pizza, from mixing the dough to shaping it and baking it to perfection.
We loved how hands-on and interactive the class was, and how both Francesca and Maurizio made it fun, relaxed, and full of laughter. We learned so much about the traditions behind Naples’ most famous dish, and of course, eating our own creations at the end was the best reward! We also had a yummy dessert at the end.
Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Naples — it’s a perfect mix of culture, cooking, and delicious fun."

If you’re craving an authentic Naples food experience, this 3-hour pizza-making class is a must! You’ll hang out with a real pizzaiolo at one of the oldest pizzerias in Naples (it’s been around since 1923!), and don’t worry—there’s a friendly host to help with translations if needed.
You’ll get your hands dirty (in the best way) learning how to knead dough, spread fresh tomato sauce, top it with mozzarella and basil, and then pop it into a wood-fired oven to cook it just like the locals do.
Once your pizza is ready, everyone sits down to enjoy their creations, with soft drinks and coffee included. The class is small (only 8 people max!), so you’ll get lots of one-on-one attention from the instructor.
The REAL Neapolitan pizza making experience. Wow!
"My partner and I have been making pizza at home every week since the pandemic and this gave us the opportunity to learn directly from the master pizza makers at Pizzeria Trianon, including a personal course with the owner of the restaurant. We wanted a REAL pizza making experience and not one of those family-friendly classes that was more for entertainment than actually learning how to make true Neapolitan pizza. We were given instruction from beginning (making the dough) to the end (how to launch the pizza in the wood oven and turning it). Alessandro was a great host and translator and although all the pizza masters only spoke Italian, we didn't have any problems understanding the process with Alessandro's translations. I couldn't recommend this class enough and it is definitely worth the extra cost compared to the other cheaper classes because this really is the authentic experience and you really do feel like a pizza chef for a day."
